Personal Assistant (Part-time)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a part-time temporary Personal Assistant. Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent, flexible working hours, excellent hourly rate, hybrid and work from home options.

The Client is an innovative and technology development company that focuses on sustainability. They offer their product to a wide range of customers and applications.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for proactively managing the diaries of the senior management team. They will be required to take minutes, produce reports and assist with daily ad-hoc administration tasks. The PA will organise and make travel arrangements and monitor and respond to incoming mail and emails.

The right person for the role will have a proven track record of working as a PA to senior management within a fast-paced environment. They will have experience taking minutes and excellent IT skills. The PA should be available for an immediate start and have excellent attention to detail.

This role offers an hourly rate ranging from £13-£15 depending on experience. They will be required to be available for meetings in Belfast, and have the opportunity to work from home. The hours of work are flexible and will range from 2-3 days within 9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00-6:00pm.
