Personal Lines Advisor

Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for one of Northern Irelands most successful independent Insurance Brokerages, who are expanding their Personal Lines team in Ballynahinch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business, at a time of exciting growth. Previous experience within Insurance is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

• Salary £23,500-25,000 based on skills and experience

The Company

This company has been at the heart of Northern Irelands insurance needs, for personal, business and agricultural clients for over three decades, where they have grown from strength to strength! With further growth in the company, they are now delighted to be expanding their team specifically within the Personal Lines department in their Ballynahinch office.

What your day would look like

You will be the expert on all things personal lines. Engaging with clients, following up on renewal quotes, and looking to drive cross sales in order to achieve financial targets within your team. Building relationships with your customers will be at the forefront everyday whilst ensuring full compliance is upheld through out. Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be nurtured and encouraged to thrive in your role! As the role is based in their Ballynahinch branch, you will also be engaging with customers face to face.

Your skills

While experience in Insurance is highly desirable for this position, it is not essential. If you have strong customer service or sales experience this may be a great role for you too!

• 5 GCSE's at grade C minimum (must include Maths and English
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Passionate about customer service
• Problem solving with a key eye for detail
• Able to negotiate with key stakeholders
• Work well both individually and collaboratively
