What would a typical day look like for you?

  • Attain or surpass personal financial and service targets
  • Follow up on prospective customer renewal quotes
  • Represent the business as a professional ambassador, enhancing its reputation through professionalism
  • Adhere to all insurance and FCA regulatory standards
  • Managing all aspects of the customer relationship
  • Delivering and maintaining a quality service at all times
  • Continuously developing knowledge of the product range
  • Serve as a knowledge expert in the field

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above, including Maths and English
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Welcomes and effectively applies feedback
  • Displays adaptability and flexibility in approach
  • Capable of working autonomously and cooperatively in team settings
  • High levels of computer literacy
