Planner (Projects)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a global infrastructure company, to recruit for a planner to become part of their growing team. In this role, you will assist in developing plans to carry out major business projects and be responsible for reporting any planning issues to the senior project manager. This unique role presents a fantastic opportunity to be an imperative part of several exciting major projects.

As Planner you will play a critical role within the team. The Planner is responsible for conducting a thorough analysis of all project requirements, maintaining accurate project documentation, and producing monthly progress/forecast reports. In addition, you will meticulously monitor project progress, produce procurement schedules, and deliver regular project updates to the senior project manager.

The successful Planner will have demonstrable experience in a similar role within the construction industry. The role of Planner requires a knowledge of project planning software, and the successful planner will have an advanced level of IT competency, notably with the Microsoft Office suite. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to thrive with a fast paced, varied role is essential. A knowledge of the tender process of projects is advantageous, but not essential.
