Honeycomb is thrilled to collaborate with our client in recruiting a Procurement Administrator for a full-time permanent position. Our client is a leader within their field, working within the scientific space and providing bespoke products worldwide. This exciting role will offer various opportunities to further develop and progress within the company. The successful candidate will embody self-motivation, reliability, and exceptional organisational skills, serving as an integral member of the Procurement team.

The Role

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Procurement Team, including managing documentation related to the Importing of Goods.
  • Analysing reports and executing necessary actions as identified.
  • Maintaining daily communication with internal departments and external clients.
  • Undertaking any additional duties as reasonably required.
  • Taking ownership of Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities within assigned areas, promptly reporting any concerns to relevant managers.

The Person

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal, across all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, adept at working under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and IT skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding data and information.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, initiative, and teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships internally and externally.

This role offers a competitive salary starting at £24,000, increasing to £25,000 after a successful probation period, along with a variety of appealing benefits and free on-site parking.
