Honeycomb are delighted to be working in partnership Danske Bank, one the largest banks in Northern Ireland to recruit for a number of an Project Administrator to work along side the team in the Head Office in Belfast City Centre.This is a great opportunity for strong administrators and recent graduates or students looking for a full time or part time role throughout the coming months. It will offer great exposure and experience within the banking and financial sector, working in company's Head Office.The position will be working a 35 hour week Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm on a full time basis or alternative part time hours available working a 3 day week. This will initially be a temporary contract which may lead to great opportunities within the the business.The ClientDanske Bank are one of the largest and highest performing banks in Northern Ireland and aim to be the best bank in Northern Ireland for customers, colleagues, partners and society.The RoleAs a Project Administrator , you will play a key role in processing and assisting the wider team with administrative activities. Duties include:

  • Migrating data between in house systems
  • Analysing and inputting confidential data
  • Completing data input duties and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Work at all times in the interests of the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues
  • Carry out any other administrative duties as required, such as filing, maintenance of records, mail, basic maintenance of systems and equipment etc.

The Person:

  • 6 GCSEs grade C+ in Maths and English
  • Great analytical skills with ability to identify problems & generate solutions
  • Strong eye for attention to detail
  • Experience of working with IT systems, demonstrating understanding of Microsoft packages specifically Excel
  • Strong service delivery ethic with a focus on quality, competency and accuracy

Desirable Criteria:

  • Prior administrative experience
  • Banking or Financial Services experience
