How will your days look?

This Project Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the effective management of projects delivered, some main responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities
  • Organise and manage various project files, records, and correspondence
  • Ensure proper version control and document storage protocols are followed
  • Monitor and report on resource utilisation and availability
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor actual costs against budget
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required
  • Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, the Service Delivery Manager, the Finance team and customers
  • Prepare and distribute project-related communications and updates
  • Assist in monitoring project deliverables for quality and compliance

What do you need to apply?

  • Proven experience in project administration
  • Excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders, providing exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, experience working in a fast paced environment, prioritising workload
  • Strong IT skills, high proficiency of MO Suite including Excel
  • Team player, will bring a positive willing to learn attitude to the workplace
