Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a highly successful and thriving independent property company, to recruit a Property Administrator on a permanent basis due to growth.

Based in Holywood, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and customers providing a friendly and efficient service for all. The role of the Property Administrator will involve answering queries, call handling, typing up emails and documents as well as sorting any correspondence that comes into the office. You will ensure that all documents are filed and maintained to a high standard. You will be required to help with general sales administration and that will include raising purchase orders. The successful candidate will also manage the diary for the director and liaise information back to clients in a professional manner.

The right candidate for this role should be professional, polite and able to maintain an organised and efficient office. The successful candidate will need to have good literate skills and strong personable qualities to continue the company's strong standing reputation.

The package for this role is a salary of £20,000- £25,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm in their office in Holywood and offers Hybrid working. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing business and gain great exposure in the industry.
