This is an exciting new role within the company which will be working along the new Asset Management Team to provide document management and compliance support.
The responsibilities will include, contributing to the ongoing audit, review, and reporting process as well as Numbering, sorting, and filing both electronic and hard copy internal documents
It also involves Compiling and preparing monthly reports for department meetings and Checking invoices are correct and deciding if invoices are to be accepted/ rejected
And Liaising with contractors, maintenance officers invoice department operation, and the engineering team regarding contractor works and payments
The ideal candidate for the role must have the following:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain working relationships with external customers.
- Minimum of three years of previous experience in a clerical or administrative role and experience working within a regulated environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above.
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative with large volumes of work
