Receptionist

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a highly successful contracting business with multiple sites across the UK and Ireland, to recruit a receptionist on a permanent basis due to progression within the business.

Based in Belfast, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact as the receptionist providing a friendly and proficient service to all customers.

The role of Receptionist will include receiving and redirecting calls to the correct person/department, answering switchboard calls quickly and politely with a professional attitude. You will also ensure visitors are recorded and the front area of the business is kept appealing to customers. The candidate will also work alongside the administration team helping with filing, archiving, printing and booking travel for staff.

The right person for this role will be coming with strong customer service skills, and demonstrably strong IT skills. Ideally, you will come with Reception experience.

The company requires someone with 1 years' experience in a similar role. If you are someone with strong personable qualities and a passion to provide ease to customers this role could be the perfect fit for you.

The package for this role is a salary of £22,000 with attractive working hours and a 1pm finish on a Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business.
