Receptionist (Belfast City Centre)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a sustainable shared office space, to recruit a temporary Receptionist. This position is based in Belfast City Centre with an immediate start. Part-time hours, excellent hourly rate, easy to access by public transport.

The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a warm and professional welcome to members and visitors. They will answer incoming calls, assist with general queries, and manage the daily post. The receptionist will assist in setting up the premises each day and ensure the communal areas are functioning to a high standard.

The right person for this role will be proactive, positive and have excellent customer service experience. They will be available for an immediate start with demonstrable receptionist experience. The right person will have exceptional communication skills and be confident in taking and passing on clear messages.

The role offers an hourly rate of £11. The office is open Monday- Friday and the working hours are 1:00pm- 5:30pm. The office is based in Belfast City Centre.
