Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a Receptionist on a fixed term contract. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience within a professional membership organisation. Excellent salary, full-time hours, fixed term contract, based in Belfast.
The Receptionist will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for visitors in the Belfast office. They will answer incoming calls and manage ingoing and outgoing post. The Receptionist will be responsible for making travel arrangements and booking meeting rooms. They will organise corporate hospitality and provide ad-hoc administration assistance to the finance team.
The right person for this role will be a proactive and approachable Receptionist who is available for an immediate start. They will have a 'can do' work ethic and enjoy working within a busy environment. The right person will have administration experience and excellent IT skills.
The role offers a salary of £22,000. The hours of work are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and the office is based in Belfast. This role is a fixed term contract from now until December 2023.
