Receptionist (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary Receptionist in Belfast. This role requires a candidate who is immediately available. Excellent hourly rate, early finish on Friday, full-time hours, based in Belfast.

The Client is a respected and successful practice that provides accounting and taxation services across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the UK. They pride themselves on providing a personal, friendly and professional service.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors in their Belfast office. They will be responsible for creating a professional and friendly environment. The receptionist will provide administrative support to the office and answer incoming calls.

The right person for this role should have strong organisation skills and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. They should have experience working with Microsoft Office packages. The right person will have a track record of working in a receptionist role within a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an hourly rate of £10.50- £11.50 depending on experience. They will be required to work Monday- Thursday 8:45 am- 5:15 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 1: 00 pm. The role is office based and located in Belfast.
