Receptionist (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary Receptionist. This role requires a candidate who is immediately available with reception experience. Based in Belfast, full-time hours, excellent hourly rate, opportunity for temp to perm.

The Client a leading professional services business that has just moved into its brand new Belfast office. They have been providing a range of services to their clients for over 30 years.

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors as well as managing all incoming calls. They will ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are professionally presented and distribute post as required. The Receptionist will provide administrative support to the office and assist with event management when required.

The right person for this role should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have strong organisation skills. They should have the ability to multitask and have experience working with Microsoft Office packages. They should have a track record of working in a receptionist role within a fast-paced professional services environment.

The role offers an hourly rate of £11.50- £12.50 depending on experience. They will be required to work Monday- Friday 8:45 am- 5:00 pm. The office is based in Belfast city centre.
