Receptionist (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a family-owned business, to recruit a temporary Receptionist. Based in Newtownards, full-time hours, excellent hourly rate.

The Client manufactures medical devices and has been operating for over 40 years. They provide products to over 50 countries worldwide and pride themselves on being a people-focused healthcare group.

The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for visitors in their Newtownards office. They will ensure a positive, friendly and professional environment is created. The receptionist will complete a range of administrative tasks including booking travel and accommodation, supporting key members of the management team, preparing meeting rooms and dealing with routine enquiries.

The right person for this role will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have strong organisation skills. They should have the ability to multitask and have experience working with Microsoft Office packages. The right person will have a track record of working in a receptionist role within a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an hourly rate of £11.50. They will be required to work 8:30-5:00 Monday-Thursday and 9:00-4:00 Friday. The office is based in Newtownards.
