Receptionist (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a professional services organisation, to recruit a temporary Receptionist in Belfast. This role requires a candidate who is immediately available with reception experience. Excellent hourly rate, early finish on Friday, full-time hours, based in Belfast city centre.

The Client is a respected and successful practice that provides taxation and accounting services across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK. They pride themselves on providing a friendly, personal and professional service.

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors as well as managing all incoming calls. They will ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are professionally presented and distribute post as required. The Receptionist will also provide administrative support to the office.

The right person for this role should have strong organisation skills and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. They will have a track record of working in a receptionist role within a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an hourly rate of £11- £11.50 depending on experience. They will be required to work Monday- Thursday 8:45 am- 5:15 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 1: 00 pm. The role is office based and located in Belfast city centre.
