Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, an innovative construction business, to recruit for a Recruitment Administrator, on a full-time permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business that offers continual growth and progression.

The role of Recruitment Administrator will involve processing all recruitment exercises including job advertisement, shortlisting, organising interviews and sending the appropriate correspondence. The successful Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for issuing contracts and adhering to all company pre-employment checks in relation to successful applicants. In addition, the successful applicant will hold responsibility for various other administrative duties, including diary management, collating reports, and assisting with note taking.

The successful Recruitment Administrator will have 1 year's experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail. The right candidate will possess high-level organisational skills that will enable them to manage multiple processes simultaneously. You will be confident in your ability to navigate the Microsoft suite and have excellent verbal and written skills.
