The role of Recruitment Consultant is a varied sales position which focuses on developing business relationships and solving customer problems. You will meet with clients, candidates and develop your personal brand with the support of the Associate Director within Honeycomb. You will dedicate yourself to sourcing the best talent on the market whilst building connections within your sector. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives working autonomously but also appreciates mentorship and guidance when required. This role has a clear pathway for progression, therefore someone keen to progress is essential.
The right person for this role will be a confident communicator with a strong desire to succeed. You will have previous, demonstrable sales or recruitment experience with a passion for service delivery. You will be passionate about people and put people at the forefront of all that you do.
