Honeycomb are thrilled to be partnering with a charitable organisation in the recruitment of an Recruitment Support staff member within the Charity sector. This role is part time, 30 hours, remote and based in the North locality of NI (covering County Derry/Londonderry & Antrim) at £23,812 pro rata.

Are you looking for a 4-day week and an opportunity to step in to the charity sector in NI? This role will allow you to develop on preexisting skills, working one on one with service users and playing a key role in their development into employability.

The Organisation:

This a charity who have been supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities to find and sustain employment throughout Northern Ireland for over 30 years!

Successful candidates have previously come from backgrounds in; Youth Work, Health & Social Care, Teaching/Education, Nursery/Childcare, Training/Upskill Programmes - these roles display the relevant skills needed to excel.

You will be working directly within a skilled team, learning and developing while on the job! Full training will be provided within this role, no previous experience is needed, you must have:

  • Full clean driving licence and access to car for travel requirements
  • Excellent people skills, ability to be personable, approachable and friendly
  • Can do attitude, keen to help others and put the service user first
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload
  • Awareness of issues facing individuals with learning difficulties
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the role
