Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a charitable sector client with the uptake of an experienced Care-Home Manager. Temporary 3mth+ Immediate post, Dundonald Co.Down
The Client - This client operates with multiple strategic purposes. One of which primarily focuses on services users throughout Nursing & Residential Care Homes and ensuring that they are receiving the utmost level of care and support whilst being a recipient of the charity.
The Role - This immediate post is an important role where the post-holder will have to ensure that all are running with optimal functionality across the following deliverables:
- Operational Management & Service Delivery
- Governance & Quality
- Policy Implementation
- Risk Mitigation
- Strategic Communication
- Staff Management
- Budget Reporting
The Ideal Person
- Proven experience of managing multiple or group care homes (multi-sites)
- Knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards for the Health and Social Care service, including the need for management and delivery of person-centred services
- Knowledge of the main issues affecting older people
- Registered as Home Manager with one of Regulatory Bodies - RQIA, NISCC, NMC
