Residential Care Home Manager (Charity, Temporary 3mths)

Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a charitable sector client with the uptake of an experienced Care-Home Manager. Temporary 3mth+ Immediate post, Dundonald Co.Down

The Client - This client operates with multiple strategic purposes. One of which primarily focuses on services users throughout Nursing & Residential Care Homes and ensuring that they are receiving the utmost level of care and support whilst being a recipient of the charity.

The Role - This immediate post is an important role where the post-holder will have to ensure that all are running with optimal functionality across the following deliverables:

• Operational Management & Service Delivery
• Governance & Quality
• Policy Implementation
• Risk Mitigation
• Strategic Communication
• Staff Management
• Budget Reporting

The Ideal Person

• Proven experience of managing multiple or group care homes (multi-sites)
• Knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards for the Health and Social Care service, including the need for management and delivery of person-centred services
• Knowledge of the main issues affecting older people
• Registered as Home Manager with one of Regulatory Bodies - RQIA, NISCC, NMC
