Honeycomb has partnered with a booming IT business in the recruitment of a Sales Administrator, full time, based in Belfast (parking onsite) with a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

What will your day look like?
- Building relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, raising quotes as directed
- Sourcing prices on items including hardware and software
- Negotiating with suppliers to agree prices in consultation, targeting competitive prices and timely delivery of items
- Checking goods received into the system daily, updating information for the sales and technical teams accordingly
- Helping the wider commercial team with open quotes, customer licensing renewals, sales admin support and developing relationships with clients
- Responding to tickets, requests for information, keeping relevant customer and product information updated and generating reports for the senior management team
- Exposure to working with some of the largest growing companies within the UK and Ireland
What will you bring to the table?
- Fantastic customer service, bringing a great attitude to customers and team members
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload, remaining organised at all times while working to meet deadlines
- Highly motivated individual with a proactive attitude
- Able to work off own initiative and within a team
- Brilliant communication skills, able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- At least 12 months experience within a busy administration role, dealing with inbound/outbound calls
- It would be beneficial but not essential if you had experience managing a 'goods in' department and experience working with accounts systems
