Sales Administrator (Hybrid)

Honeycomb is excited to be working with our client to support the recruitment of a sales administrator Based in Londonderry. This a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator looking for their next step into a role with genuine progression.

Our client is a market leader within the data management space and has grown year on year. With offices globally, this is an excellent opportunity for you to join a company leading the way in their sector.

As Sales Administrator, you will be managing the sales of their products from quote, all the way through to closing the sale. Working closely with the account managers, the Sales Administrator will also play a part in the onboarding of customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, whether this be via telephone or email, so providing exceptional customer service is of the utmost importance. You will also be working with the finance team to ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues there may be with customers' payments.

The ideal person for this role will be a Sales Administration professional who takes pride in delivering an efficient service. You will be working with various teams throughout the organisation so you must be a timely and effective communicator. You will be able to generate frequent sales performance reports and other metrics. Excellent customer service, written and verbal is essential. Experience in credit control of finance will be a distinct advantage. You will have strong IT skills and strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

Our client is offering an excellent package with a salary of £25,000 - £26000 DOE.
