The Role
- Dealing with inbound sales inquiries and processing order quotations.
- Providing high level customer support.
- Assisting in the planning of scheduling of marketing content across various social media platforms.
- Tracking and monitoring activity performance.
- Attending various marketing events/ trade shows.
The Person
- Previous experience gained within a similar role within marketing and administration.
- Customer service experience and a customer-focused mentality.
- IT proficient including CRM and design tools such as Canva.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
The Package for this role offers a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience. This role is based on site in Lisburn, with an attractive benefits package.
