The client has experienced significant growth throughout recent years and is well-known for developing members of the team. The business is focused on sustainability and making a difference in the environment. Providing services to NI and beyond, the client is in an excellent position to add to the Sales Support team.

The role of Sales and Service Support Coordinator is a highly interesting, varied role that sits within the sales and service arm of the business. You will be responsible for order processing, providing exceptional service, and working closely with the wider team to ensure the business is being run as efficiently as possible. This role sits within a truly excellent team. You will work with long-standing team members who are passionate about your career and your long-term prospects. You will have the chance to liaise with some of the UK/ROIs best businesses.

The right person for this role will be a customer-focused individual with a flair for business improvement and customer satisfaction. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working with technology but with a strong people element to a role. The successful candidate will have strong, demonstrable IT skills and ideally come with experience gained within a sales support or a customer service environment.

The package for this role is a competitive salary of £25,000 / £26,000 per annum. Full benefits can be discussed upon first conversation with Honeycomb - however if you want better work/life balance, this may be the ideal role for you.
