Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading environmental business, to recruit a Scheduling Administrator on a full-time basis. This role will involve maintaining effective communication between customers and colleagues and is the ideal role for someone who possesses excellent organisational skills that will enable them to effectively plan the schedule of works for on-field colleagues.

The Scheduling Administrator will be a crucial part of the team. The role is responsible for providing support to the field service team, documenting customer queries and allocating accordingly to the available field service team member. You will be responsible for acting as the initial point of contact for customers via telephone, creating detailed reports on issues encountered and services required. You will be responsible for scheduling the day-to-day works of on field business representatives, scheduling reports accordingly to uphold the high standards of customer service that the business holds.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, where they have demonstrated effective communication skills. You will possess excellent verbal and written skills and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. This is the ideal position for someone who prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of organisation. The ability to efficiently navigate the MS Office package effectively is key for success in this role.
