Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable Facilities Management business, to recruit for a Scheduling Administrator. This role will involve becoming part of an integral team, providing high level administrative support, and will present a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of diverse projects.
The role of Scheduling Administrator is a critical role within the team. The role is responsible for providing assistance on the planning/scheduling of work orders, providing a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring completion dates of works, prioritising urgent orders, and collating monthly reports. The successful Scheduling Administrator will be highly organised, an effective communicator, and possess proficiency in the use of MS Excel.
The successful Scheduling Administrator will have demonstrable experience gained within a similar role. This is the ideal position for someone coming from a fast paced working environment, where they have displayed commercial acumen and an ability to communicate effectively. You will pride yourself on your ability to communicate and be keen to learn and develop.
