Senior Administrator (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a professional services organisation, to recruit a temporary Senior Administrator. This role requires a candidate who is immediately available. Based in Belfast, full-time hours, excellent hourly rate, early finish on a Friday, hybrid working.

The Senior Administrator will be responsible for a range of finance tasks including raising purchase orders and tracking invoice expenditure. They will use the company IT system to maintain invoice records and create expenditure reports. The Senior Administrator will provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to the team.

The right person for this role will have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. They will have experience using a financial management system and be available for an immediate start. The right person for this role will have demonstrable finance administration experience.

The role offers an hourly rate ranging from £11-12 depending on experience. The candidate will be required to work Monday- Thursday- 9:00am- 5:30pm and an early finish on a Friday. The office is based in Belfast.
