Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary Service Administrator. This is a full-time, temporary position with an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to join an excellent business on a temporary basis with the opportunity to stay permanently. Excellent salary, full-time hours, based in Belfast, temporary to permanent.
The Service Administrator will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients. They will assist in organising schedules, allocating work orders and performing data input. The Service Administrator will assist with general administration duties and manage job flow for key stakeholders.
The right person for this role will be immediately available with administration and customer service experience. They will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and and a positive can-do attitude. The right person will have excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office packages.
The role offers a salary ranging between £21,000- £23,000 depending on experience. The office is based in Belfast and the working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm and an early finish on Friday.
