Honeycomb is delighted to be working with an established construction business based in Omagh to recruit a Service Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established civil engineering contractor and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

As Service Administrator, you will provide key administrative support to the Operations Manager, assisting with external hire, transport coordination, vehicle documentation and general operational administration. The role will also involve occasional driving duties and transport runs as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing administration relating to external hires, including off-hires, rates and costings, while keeping internal systems and records up to date.
  • Coordinating transport and vehicle requirements, including transport runs, permits, MOT bookings and insurance documentation.
  • Supporting the wider operations team with job cards, purchase orders, stock control and general administration.
