Service Administrator (Hybrid)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading industry business, to recruit a temporary Service Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business on a temporary basis with the opportunity to stay permanently. Excellent salary, full-time hours, based in Belfast, hybrid working model, temporary to permanent.

The Service Administrator will be responsible for answering incoming enquiries via telephone and email. They will support the business by creating a seamless transaction between clients and contractors. The Service Administrator will update the internal database and complete general administration duties as required.

The right person for this role will have experience working as an administrator in a fast-paced environment. They will have strong IT skills and be able to learn new systems with ease. The right person will be immediately available with a positive attitude.

The role offers a salary ranging between £21,000-£23,000 depending on experience. The working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm with an early finish on Friday. The role offers a hybrid working model and the office is based in Belfast.
