Service Administrator (Part-time)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a Service Administrator. This is a 16 hour part-time, permanent position with an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied position. Excellent salary, on-site parking, part-time hours, based in Belfast.

The Service Administrator will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients. They will assist in organising schedules, updating online systems and assisting with costing and invoicing. The Service Administrator will help with general administration duties and be responsible for ensuring that clients experience excellent customer service.

The right person for this role will be immediately available with administration and customer service experience. They will be enthusiastic and have strong communication skills. The right person will be a team player and have excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office packages.

The role offers a salary ranging between £23,500-£25,500 pro rata depending on experience. The office is based in Belfast and the working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm. The candidate will be required to work 16 hours per week. The days and hours and can be flexible.
