Service Coordinator (Craigavon)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary Service Coordinator. This role requires an experienced administrator who is available for an immediate start. Based in Craigavon, full-time hours, excellent hourly rate and opportunity for temporary to permanent.

The Client is a highly successful manufacturing company that pride themselves on being a customer-focused business.

The Service Coordinator will work alongside the engineering team to provide scheduling and administrative support. They will answer incoming enquiries via telephone and email and be responsible for taking clear messages to pass onto the engineering team. The Service coordinator will schedule maintenance bookings and assist with creating and processing invoices using SAGE 50. They will keep customers up-to-date throughout the process and generate quotations.

The right person for this role will have experience using SAGE 50 or another accounting package. They will be immediately available, with excellent attention to detail and ability to take and repeat detailed information. The right person will enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. They will have excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £11.50. The office is based in Craigavon and working hours at Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. This role offers an opportunity to go from temporary to permanent.
