Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a successful multinational business, to recruit for a Service Desk Coordinator to become part of their team.
The successful Service Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the field service team in their day-today activities of customer support, and providing excellent customer service.
The role of Service Desk Administrator involves coordinating the workload of engineers and managing the administration for the wider business. You will be responsible for managing ticket queues, creating customer reports, and managing the stock/returns process. Customer service is also a key component of this role. Attention to detail and the ability to operate MS Office packages efficiently, is essential.
The successful Service Desk Administrator will have a relatable coordination background, high level organisational skills and be an excellent communicator. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent customer service skills and has experience working within the engineering industry.
The package for this role offers a salary of £25,000 and may be negotiable depending on experience, along with additional company benefits. Full details can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
