Shipping Clerk (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary Shipping Clerk. Based in Belfast, temporary, full-time hours, excellent hourly rate, early finish on Friday, free onsite parking.

The Client is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-performance software. They are known for staff retention and providing a modern working environment. The business works with some of the most well-known organisations in the world.

The Shipping Administrator will be responsible for supporting the packing and shipping function to ensure accurate and timely availability of products. They will pack highly sensitive products, check quantities and quality of items and complete daily shipping spreadsheets. The Shipping Clerk will liaise with internal departments and freight forwarders. They will prepare accurate shipping documents and track and trace deliveries.

The right person for this role will have experience within shipping or warehousing and be immediately available. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel. The right person will be highly motivated with excellent attention to detail. They will be able to work towards tight deadlines and have good communication skills.

The role offers an hourly rate of £11- £12 depending on experience. The hours of work are Monday- Thursday 9:00am- 5:00pm with an early finish on Friday. There is parking onsite.
