The Role

Working alongside the practitioners you will be a fundamental part of managing the cases and ultimately the success of the business! Full training will be provided and so you must have a proactive mindset and be eager to learn.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing a high volume of data
  • Preparing files in advance of client meetings
  • Liaising with creditors
  • Managing incoming emails and post
  • Collecting necessary documents for cases
  • Utilising paperless filing system

The Person

This role would be suited for individuals who have recently graduated or left school and are seeking an opportunity to establish a great career within a professional services environment. Candidates with administration or customer service experience may also be suitable!

Must haves:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Be able to effectively manage own time
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Accurate and diligent data entry
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
