Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a rapidly expanding Insolvency Practice based in Lisburn. Due to business growth and internal promotions, they are seeking a Trainee Administrator to work alongside their seasoned Practitioners, to support with the management and processing of cases. This role is ideal for people seeking a trainee opportunity to kick start their career in Professional Services.

The Role
Working alongside the Practitioners you will be a fundamental part of managing the cases and ultimately the success of the business! Full training will be provided and so you must have a proactive mindset and be eager to learn.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Processing a high volume of data
- Preparing files in advance of client meetings
- Liaising with creditors
- Managing incoming emails and post
- Collecting necessary documents for cases
- Utilising paperless filing system
The Person
This role would be suited for individuals who have recently graduated or left school and are seeking an opportunity to establish a really great career within a professional services environment. Candidates with administration or customer service experience may also be suitable!
