This role is based in their Dungannon office.

The Client

A family run Insurance Broker, for three generations, the client have a great presence throughout the communities of Northern Ireland with five vibrant branches. They specialise in both Personal and Commercial Lines, and pride themselves on their personable and friendly approach to Insurance sales rather than just another transaction! The role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in an office environment and will be based in the heart of Dungannon.

The Role

As a Trainee Insurance Advisor, you will be given market leading training to fully equip you with all the knowledge required to be a great success in the sector. You will specialise in Personal Lines, including Car, Van and Home with the opportunity to expand on that in the future.

The role will involve you engaging with both new and current customers, via email, telephone and face to face, building up a great rapport and identifying the solutions to meet the customers needs. You will work towards a company target, as a team which is rewarded in an annual bonus.

You will also have a range of other administration duties, to ensure a smooth running of the branch.

The Criteria

To be considered for this position, you must have a willingness to learn with a proactive approach to your career development.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Passionate about customer service and building relationships
• Previous customer service experience (in any sector) is highly desirable
• Eager to drive sales and achieve first class results
• Ability to work as part of a team

The Package

• Salary- £20,000 (negotiable dependant on experience)
• Holidays- 22 days + bank holidays
• Annual bonus
