Trainee Recruitment Consultant (£30K OTE)

Honeycomb is pleased to be recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the Industry team. Due to experiencing significant growth and success, the business is now seeking to develop a commercially-astute candidate to realise their recruitment potential.

The role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant is an entry-level recruitment role in which you will learn the agency recruitment process first hand. You will shadow and be managed by an experienced Recruiter within the business and receive fantastic on-the-job training. You will meet with clients, candidates and develop your personal brand with the support of the wider team. The role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant will also incorporate sales and business development in order to promote your sector.

The right person for this role will be a confident communicator with a strong desire to succeed. You will have previous customer service/sales experience and be passionate about service delivery. You will be capable of articulating your interest in a recruitment career and have demonstrable administrative capabilities. This is a sales role, therefore someone comfortable with selling is ideal for this position.

The role of Recruitment Consultant consists of a fantastic training plan and competitive salary. The basic, starting salary for this role is £22,000 with OTE of approximately £30K year one. The long-term potential earnings are significant with this position.
