Honeycomb is delighted to working with our client, a leading transportation business, to recruit for a freight/transport administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who possesses a knowledge of logistics, to join a growing business, that puts collaboration at the core of its values. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering logistics support to the freight/transport team, in an organised and timely manner.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations regarding the transport of goods. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of timescales, managing invoices, and liaising with suppliers. you will ensure all freight/transportation administration is carried out efficiently and ensure communication both internally and externally is upheld.
The right person for this role will have logistics experience and be confident in their abilities to navigate the Microsoft suite, notably Excel. You will pride yourself on your communication skills and thrive working within a fast-paced environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth, and is ideal for someone who is driven, personable, and eager to progress their career.
