Warranty and Project Administrator (9 month contract)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a Warranty and Project Administrator on a 9-month contract. Based in County Tyrone, 9- month contract, full-time hours, excellent salary.

The Client is a market-leading industrial business that supplies products to a range of industries. They provide an exceptional product portfolio and service to customers throughout the world.

The Warranty and Project Administrator will be responsible for checking online warranty claims, reviewing and uploading risk assessments and updating product detail information on the internal system. They will assist with external enquiries and work with the finance team to upload credit note information. The Warranty and Project Administrator will provide excel reports for meetings and keep accurate information on the portal.

The right person for this role will have excellent IT skills including experience with MS Office- especially excel. They should be organised and have the ability to prioritise workload. The right person will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in an administration environment. Experience in a technical or engineering environment is desirable.

The role offers a pro rata salary ranging from £22,000-£25,000 depending on experience. They will be required to work Monday-Thursday 8:00 am- 5:00pm and an early finish on Friday. The office is based in County Tyrone.
