Honeycomb are delighted to be working in partnership with our fantastic client, Danske Bank, to recruit a Web Editor in their Belfast headquarters.
This role is temporary position for a period of 9-12 months, working a 35 hour week 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

The Team -Digital Commercial Performance team is a new team in the Commercial Development function of Danske Bank UK. Their purpose is to guide consumers on a path that creates a bigger, better, and brighter future by providing empowering information and solutions in a clear, intuitive and user-friendly manner across digital channels.
The Role:
The vacancy for Web Editor will be responsible for delivering web content using Danske Bank's website CMS, Sitecore, drawing upon their knowledge in web design, web editing and web analytics. The successful candidate will have creative license to suggest website improvements based on insights from user experience feedback and the web analytic platform, Adobe.
As a Web Editor, you will collaborate with lots of different stakeholders across the Bank and manage various web tasks through Jira, with support from the team, when needed.
Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Update the website using standard components through Sitecore CMS.
  • Building content using basic mark-up language.
  • Use Jira to manage and engage with local stakeholders during the approval process.
  • Ensure appropriate and accurate application of brand guidelines and appropriate use of templates and design frameworks.
  • Extract insights from website using Adobe Analytic, identify patterns, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Utilise analytic findings to suggest and implement website journey improvements.

Essential criteria:

  • Ability to create engaging web assets.
  • Familiarity with Sitecore CMS or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in web analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Analytical skills with an ability to identify problems and generate solutions.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Logical thinker.
  • Ability to build relationships with others and work as part of a team.

Desirable :

  • Prior experience of Adobe Analytic, basic markup language Jira, and Sitecore.
  • Strong passion for continuous improvement of the user digital journey.
