Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to support senior lawyers within a busy and highly regarded practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA who is looking to join a well-established Property team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a law firm and will be comfortable supporting senior lawyers in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
The Role
As a Personal Assistant within the Property team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Associates, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the team. You will work closely with senior fee earners and play an important role in managing day-to-day administration, client requirements and team coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing busy diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Preparing, formatting and amending high-quality legal documentation from digital dictation and handwritten drafts.
- Ensuring all documentation is produced accurately and in line with the firm's house style.
- Managing billing processes and ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time.
- Preparing materials for client meetings, including company information, client research and relevant background documentation.
- Managing emails, calendars and contacts on behalf of Partners and Associates.
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating relevant systems.
- Managing electronic and paper filing, ensuring documents are stored accurately and efficiently.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support, including printing, scanning, photocopying and post.
- Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events and other team requirements.
- Providing support to colleagues across the wider PA team when required.
- Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring deadlines and priorities are effectively managed.
- Carrying out additional administrative duties as required to support the Property team.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm.
- Previous experience supporting Partners and/or senior fee earners.
- Experience within a busy legal environment, ideally within a large or well-established law firm.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with legal document management and billing systems.
- Strong experience using digital dictation systems.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and re-prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and discreet approach, with the ability to handle confidential information at all times.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities.
- A flexible and supportive team player who is willing to assist colleagues when required.
- A genuine interest in developing your skills and knowledge within a leading legal environment.
