Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a Senior PA to join their Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to support two Partners and several Associates within a highly professional and collaborative environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA looking to join a well-established firm and build a long-term career within a busy Corporate team. This role would suit someone currently working within a large legal or professional services firm who is accustomed to supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
The Role
Working alongside existing PAs, the successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to Partners, as well as supporting Associates. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Producing and amending high-quality documentation from digital dictation and handwritten drafts, ensuring documents follow the firm's house style.
- Taking ownership of billing processes for allocated Partners.
- Preparing business development documentation for new client meetings, including research, client biographies and company information.
- Managing emails, calendars and contacts efficiently.
- Entering and reporting on business development data through the firm's Interaction CRM system.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems, including electronic filing and document management.
- Providing general administrative support including printing, posting, photocopying and scanning.
- Supporting the wider PA team and assisting colleagues when required.
- Taking ownership of responsibilities and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Carrying out additional administrative duties as required.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary supporting senior staff.
- Experience within a large legal or professional services environment would be highly advantageous.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with document management and billing systems.
- Experience using digital dictation systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
- Ability to re-prioritise tasks effectively when required.
- A flexible, proactive and positive approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to act with complete discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong ownership and accountability with the willingness to take responsibility for the requirements of the role.
- A strong team focus with the willingness and flexibility to assist colleagues when required.
- A genuine eagerness to learn, develop skills and continually improve.
